摘 要:随着造船工业的飞速发展,缩短船舶建造周期是获得日趋剧烈的国内外造船业竞争优势的有效对策之一。船舶日用食物储存冷库(以下简称冷库)的建造,已经从船厂的传统手工建造方法逐步走向成型板材拼装、预装工厂化等先进的制造方法。目的是尽可能缩短冷库的建造周期,为整船设备安装周期的缩短创造有利条件;同时也摆脱了繁重的现场手工劳作,改善了施工环境条件,并显著提高了冷库外观和内在质量。With the rapid development of shipbuilding industry, building period reduction has become an efficient measure to win the fierce competition from oversea shipbuilders. Now the construction of ship refrigerated provision store has been transformed from traditional hand-making method to advanced methods such as molded plate assembling and prefabrication. Thus the construction time of the refrigerated store can be much shortened, which help to reduce the installation time of overall equipment. This also contributes to break away the traditional hand-making construction, improves the constructing environment and improves considerably the exterior and inner quality of the refrigerated store
