摘　　要：分析免烫树脂和柠檬酸对柞蚕丝织物进行抗皱整理的效果,通过L9(34)正交试验,优选柠檬酸组合整理剂的最佳配比和其他整理工艺条件.最佳工艺条件为柠檬酸7%,次亚磷酸钠5%,三乙醇胺2%,甲酸6%,80℃预烘5 min,160℃焙烘1 min.整理后的柞蚕丝织物折皱回复角可达到290°,织物强力保留率达85%以上.In this article,effects of durable press finishing of tussah silk fabrics treated with citric acid(CA) and no-iron resin were compared.By L9(3)4 orthogonal test,the best blending ratio of citric acid combined finishing agent and other parameters were determined.That is,citric acid 7%,sodium hypophosphite 5%,triethylamine 2%,formate 6%,predrying at 80C for 5 min,curing at 160t for 1 min.The wrinkle recovery angle (WRA) of treated tussah silk fabrics reaches 290 while the strength retention is 85 %.
