摘 要:讨论了带电导体表面和电场中二介质界面上的电场强度和所受到的静电力。给出了普遍的或推广的高斯定理——通过任一闭合假想曲面 (即高斯面 )的电场通量等于闭合面内电荷及闭合面上半数电荷的代数和除以 ε0 。Electric field intersity on the surface of charged conducter and one on the interface between two dielectrics in electric field are discussed; thus the electric field force acting on the surface or interface is found. Generalized Gauss'theorem is given--the electric field intersity flux through any closed hypothetical surface (called a Gaussian surface) equals the algebraic sum of the charges present inside this surface and half of the charges present on this surface, divided by ε 0.
