摘 要:通过阴极电解的方法在平板锌电极上沉积上了一层稀土氢氧化物膜;用自行设计的电化学分析方法研究了稀土氢氧化物膜对碱性锌电极放电产物在碱液中溶解性的影响;又用循环伏安法进行了模拟充放电实验,并且组装模拟电池进行了充放电实验。结果表明:在电极表面沉积一层稀土氢氧化物膜能有效地阻挡锌电极放电产物在碱液中的溶解,使大部分放电产物保留在电极原有的结构上,因此,有利于克服锌电极在充放电过程中存在的容量损失问题。模拟充放电实验进一步证明:稀土氢氧化物能显著地提高碱性锌电极的循环寿命,减少充放电过程中的容量损失。A layer of rare earth hydroxide compound membrane was electro-deposited on zinc electrode,the influence of the membrane on the solubility of zinc di scharged substance zincate in alkaline was studied by self-designed electro-an alysis technology.Also the cyclic voltoammogram measurement was used to imitate the charge and discharge process,and the test batteryies were assembled to do ch arging and discharging tes ts.The experimental results showed that:after depositing a layer of hydroxide ra re earth compound membrane,most of the discharged substance could be remained on the s urface of the electrode,thus,reduced the solubility of zincate in alkaline solut ion.The charging and discharging test of plate zinc electrode and porous zinc el ectrode proved that the membrane could alleviate the capacitance lose of zinc el ectrode significantly.
