摘  要:从金属腐蚀角度出发,讨论了各类无汞锌锰电池贮存与放电过程中出现气胀与漏液的主要原因。无汞电池在贮存期内产生气胀与漏液的主要原因是由于电介质腐蚀、小孔腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀等,而在放电过程中产生气胀与漏液则主要与锌负极极化作用引起腐蚀的负差异效应及此类腐蚀的加剧有关。Reasons for gassing and leakage during storage and discharge of mercury-free Z n/MnO2 batteries were discussed from the aspect of metal corrosion.The reasons for ga ssing and leakage in the storage of mercury-free batteries were the results of electric-couple corrosion,pore corrosion and crack corrosion.During discharge, they were related to the negative difference effect caused by anode polarization and corrosions accelerated by discharge.
