毛竹爆破浆H_2O_2漂白的研究

摘　　要：研究了毛竹爆破浆 (SEP)的H2 O2 漂白工艺 ,实验表明漂白的适宜工艺条件为漂白温度 80℃、30 %浆浓、漂白时间 2h ;当H2 O2 用量为 3%时 ,漂后白度可达 5 5 .0 % (SBD) ,白度增幅达 2 4 .9个百分点 ;继续提高反应温度、延长反应时间及采用二段漂白对白度的提高贡献不大。此外通过红外光谱分析了H2 O2The bleaching technologys of Phyllostachys heterocycla CV. SEP with H 2O 2 were studied. The results showed that the optimital conditions are 80℃,30% of pulp concentration and reacting for 2 hours. When 3% H 2O 2 was applied, the brightness might be rised to 55.0% (SBD), the brightness gained 24.9% (SBD). If the bleaching temperature and time were increased more or two-stage bleaching route was used, the more birghtness gain was limited. The machanism of influence to brightness by H 2O 2 application and bleaching tempurature were analysised by IR. spectrum.
