双棘黄姑鱼染色体组型分析

摘　　要：以头肾细胞为材料,采用PHA体内注射,空气干燥法制片,分析了双棘黄姑(Nibeadiacanthus)的染色体组型.结果表明:其染色体组型为:2n=48=24t,NF=48.在已进行过染色体组型分析的石首鱼类中,除大黄鱼外,染色体组型均为2n=48t.The karyotypes of Nibea diacanthus were examined in the paper.The samples were separately injected by PHA and colchicines.The chromosomes were received from the renal tissue by using air drying method and Giemsa staining.The result showed that the chromosome number of Nibea diacanthus was 48;and its karyotype formula was 2n=48=48 t,NF=48;it was the same as the other croakers determined,except Pseudoceana crocea in Sciaenidae.
