摘　　要：目的 了解学生动物咬伤的状况及其流行病学特征,以寻求有效的防范措施,控制和降低伤害的发生率。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,应用自编的调查表对大学生1707名进行动物伤害的流行病学调查。结果 被调查的学生中,共发生6种以上不同类型的动物咬伤,累计发生率为50.09％,前3位动物致伤分别为狗咬伤(29.41％),蜜蜂蛰伤(7.38％)和猫抓伤(5.16％)。以11～15岁年龄组动物咬伤发生率最高,占16.87％,16～20岁年龄组为14.18％,6～10岁组为13.30％,20岁以后动物致伤率为4.63％,1～5岁年龄组最低,为1.11％。动物致伤的发生率男性高于女性。结论 动物致伤的主要原因是学生缺乏自我保护意识,喜爱玩弄豢养的动物。所以,应加强学生的安全卫生教育,提高学生的自我保护意识。Objective To investigate the prevalence and epidemiological feature of injuries caused by animals among students and to develop effective strategies for controlling the occurrence of animal - associated injuries. Methods A .self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the injuries in animal-related events among 1 707 college students selected using a cluster random sampling method. Results There were more than 6 categories of injuries caused by animals among students surveyed. The cumulative incidence of injuries sustained by students was 50.09%. Among the reported injuries, the common injuries were dog bite (29.41%), wasp and bee sting (7.38%) and cat scratch (5.16%). The rate of injuries caused by animals was the highest in the age group-11 - 15 years (16.87%). The rate was 14.18% in age group 16-20 years, 13.30% in age group 6-10 years, 4.63% in students over 20 years of age, and it was the lowest in the age group 1-5 years (1.11%). The probability of injuries caused by animals among males was higher than among females. Conclusions The lack of self-protection consciousness was the primary factor for animal bites followed by playing with fondling. Therefore, interventions for injuries should be developed; more attention must be paid to safety education among the students. Meanwhile, their consciousness of self- protection should also be breed.
