摘 要:本文将介绍三种不同成分的低合金钢粉。在混入2 0%铜和不同石墨含量的条件下,对该三种粉进行了试验评定。试件的密度为6 9g/cm3,在氮氢混合气氛中于1120℃下烧结25min,在炉内冷却带650~400℃温区的冷却速度为0 4或1 5℃/s条件下,对烧结态和回火后试件的力学性能进行了测试。回火条件为200℃下保温60min。在一定的冷却速率和碳含量条件下,各种钢粉烧结后的硬度可高达40HRC。回火后,硬度仍可以保持在30HRC以上。Low alloy steel powders of three different compositions are introduced in this paper.After mixed with 20 % copper and some quantities of graphite,laboratory evaluations are done to those powders.The specimens have a density of 6.9 g/cm3.They are sintered at 1*!120 ℃ for 25 minutes under mixed nitrogenhydrogen atmosphere.And the cooling rates in the cooling zone of the sintering furnace are 0.4 and 1.5 ℃/s from 650 to 400 ℃.Then mechanical properties are determined to the specimens under assintered state and after tempered at 200 ℃ for 60min.The hardness in assintered state for those steel powders can reach to 40 HRC.And the hardness after tempering can still keep at higher than 30 HRC.
