摘　　要：用热分析技术分析亚共晶Al-Si合金的凝固过程,发现样杯模数、样杯结构是影响其凝固过程特征的主要因素。通过试验确定其参数可准确分析该合金的凝固过程。With the thermal analysis the paper researches the solidification process of the hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy.The cup modulus and the cup structure are the main factor in influencing the solidification process. So the solidification process of the alloy is analyzed with the optimum parameters through tests.
