摘　　要：论述了薄板坯连铸连轧技术发展现状及发展趋势,分析了我国薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的特点。从促进结构调整、推动技术改造和技术创新等方面看我国发展这项新技术的意义。提出了这项技术是调整结构与技术改造的重要选择,进而明确提出优化薄板坯连铸连轧技术,塑造新型中国钢铁业。The status and development trend of the thin slab casting and rolling have been described, and the charccteristics of its production line in China have been analyzed. The significance of developing this new technology in China was pointed in terms of accelerating restructuring, technical reform and technical innovation. It is suaggusted that this technology is an important selection for restructuring and technical reform,and then further suggusted to create the new steel industry by optimizing the new technology.
