摘 要:通过理论分析与生产实践,研究超低碳钢中Cu对<111>/ND织构的作用机制,探索铜含量与轧钢生产工艺对耐候型深冲汽车板强度及深冲性能的影响规律,在武钢现有设备条件下进行节能型工艺设计,研制开发出同时兼具深冲性、耐蚀性及高强度的汽车覆盖件用钢板,冲制车身表面美观、经久耐用,并通过减小板厚减轻车重与降低汽车能耗,以高效、节能的环境友好型特点而受到用户欢迎,具有广阔的应用前景。On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical steel production, the mechanism of Cu on < 111 > //ND texture in ultra low carbon steel has been studied. Furthermore, the influence of Cu content and the rolling technology on mechanical properties of corrosion resistance deep - drawing sheet for automobiles have been investigated. Under the condition of instant apparatus in WIS-CO, a kind of corrosion resistant deep-drawing auto sheet with higher strength has been developed in the performance of energy saving processes, which makes auto bodies fair and durable. With the reduction of sheet thickness, auto weight is lighter and the energy consumption is lower, which is beneficial to the environment as the advantage of its high efficiency and energy saving characteristic. This kind of auto sheet has been accepted and widely used by auto-plants and its future is promising.
