摘  要:目的 :对优良种源区域内厚朴的两种类型植株的种质资源进行电泳分析 ,以探索优质种子的鉴别方法。方法 :应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)及十二烷基磺酸钠—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS- PAGE)技术 ,对恩施地区两种类型厚朴的种子进行蛋白质电泳。结果 :两种类型厚朴种子的两种电泳图谱均显示明显的差异 ,其中一种为优质种源。结论 :该电泳方法 。Objective: To analyse the two types of germ plasm resources of Magnolia officinali in the area, in which excellent strains are cultivated, to distinguish the seeds between different kinds of sources and determine the excellent one.Methods:Apply protein electrophoresis technology, the PAGE and SDS-PAGE, on the two types of seeds of Magnolia officinalis subsp. officinalis from the Enshi district.Results:The experiment shows that there are obvious differences in electrophoresis spectrum of the two types of seeds, so it is revealed that they have produced great differences in transmissibility. Conclusion: To ensure quality stability of the medicinal materials, the Cortex Magnoliae, choice of single individual plant is necessary in seed selection. This electrophresis method can be one basis of identifying the excellent Breed of Ziyou Houpo, the excellent Cortex Magnoliae, produced in Enshi district, Hubei province.
