摘　　要：分析了信息系统中时间的表示和推理以及不同数据库表现时态数据能力的差异,基于时态数据管理理论提出了时变表、常量表、瞬像表的概念,并以社会保险管理信息系统中的时态关系模型为例分析了时态数据向关系数据转换的方法,从而实现了时态数据的关系数据管理.The expression and ratiocination of time and the difference of expressing temporal data between several databases are analyzed.Based on the theory of temporal data management,the concepts of TT(temporal table),FT(flat table) and ST(snap table) are developed.Depending on the temporal-relationship model in social insurance management information system,the method of converting the temporal data to the relationship data is analyed.Thus the temporal data can be managed in the RDB.
