小柴胡汤提取物灌胃给药的长期毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察小柴胡汤提取物长期连续灌胃给药对大鼠所产生的毒性反应。方法 :小柴胡汤提取物 2 2 5 6 ,112 8,10 0mg/ kg灌胃给药和正常对照组作 180天长期毒性试验 ,观察对大鼠的生长发育 ,血液学常规 ,血液生化指标和主要脏器病理形态的影响。结果 :对大鼠生长发育 ,血液学常规 ,血液生化指标均在正常范围 ,主要脏器病理形态未出现毒性病变。结论 :小柴胡汤提取物长期灌胃未发现毒性反应 。Objective:To observe the long term toxicity reaction of rats given ig XCHT extract.Methods:Rats of three experimental groups were given XCHT extract (ig) at dose of 2 256 mg/(kg·d), 1 128 mg/(kg·d) and 100 mg/(kg·d), respectively, 6 days per week for 6 months. Rats of control group were given distilled water at the same volume. Growth of rats were observed. Indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry were measured. Ratio of viscera to body were measured and the major organs were examined by the pathology. All these tests were carried out three and six months after ig and one month after stopping ig.Results:The results showed that all the indexes of the body weight, hematology and blood biochemistry were normal. The pathological figures of major organs (the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, adrenals, prostate, thymus, testes, uterus, brain) were not different compared with the control group.Conclusion:Xiaochaihutang extract was not found to be long term toxic to rats, indicating that it is safe to administrate XCHT extract continuously.
