摘  要:系统报道了重要储藏物害虫嗜卷书虱的气调抗性品系RHCO2,RHCLO和药剂抗性品系RPH3,RDDVP与敏感品系S间的羧酸酯酶的活力、比活力、米氏常数Km和最大反应速度Vmax的差异。结果表明,(1)RHCLO品系CarE的活力最强,是S品系的1.7倍,而RDDVP品系的活力最低,与敏感品系没有显著差异;(2)RPH3品系CarE的比活力最高,比S品系高57.1%,而其他几个抗性品系与敏感品系及它们之间不存在显著性差异;(3)RDDVP品系的Vmax最大,是S品系的1.20倍,而RHCLO品系仅为S品系的46.3%;(4)米氏常数Km以S品系最大,RHCO2品系最小。该项研究的结果明确了不同抗性品系的形成与CarE均有一定的相关性,但是变化的质和量上有很大的差异,这从一定程度上揭示了不同抗性品系间可以形成交互抗性,但交互抗性的程度不同的原因。A systematic study was conducted on the activity, specific activity and Km and Vmax values of carboxylesterase (CarE) of the controlled atmosphere-resistant strains RHCO2 (35% CO2, 21% O2 and 44% N2) and RHCLO (35% CO2, 1% O2 and 64% N2), the fumigant-resistant strains RPH3 and RDDVP and the susceptible strain S of Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel. Some differences were observed between the resistant and the susceptible strains. CarE activity of RHCLO was the highest, 1.7-fold that of the susceptible strain. RPH3 showed the highest specific CarE activity, 57.1% higher than that of the susceptible strain, while no significant difference was found between the other resistant strains and the susceptible strain in this respect. RDDVP had the highest Vmax value, 1.2-fold that of the susceptible strain; in contrast, the Vmax value of RHCLO was only 46.3% of that of the susceptible strain. Km value was the greatest in S and the smallest in RHCO2. These results suggest that the development of resistance in the pest is associated with CarE and great differences exist in the quantity and quality of CarE in different strains, which can account for the development of cross-resistance and different degrees of cross-resistance.
