摘  要:对非啮合多过程元件 (NI MPE)进行了一系列的实验研究 ,证明了用有限元分析软件对包括非啮合多过程元件组合流道流场分析的方法是可行的 ,得出的结果是可靠的。实验结果还表明 :采用非啮合多过程元件螺杆组合得到的试样的力学性能均比采用常规螺纹元件螺杆组合得到的试样的力学性能好。Experiments were carried out to test and verify the flow field simulation results and mixing ability of the combined screw channel with NI-MPE(non-intermeshing multi-process element).It was proved that the method of flow field simulation was feasible and its results were credible. These experiment results also showed that mechanical properties of samples extruded by the combined configuration with NI-MPE were higher than those extruded by the common screw configuration.
