摘 要:研究了粉煤灰制备混凝剂并与聚硅酸铝 (PSA)絮凝剂配合处理制革废水 .结果表明 ,用酸浸粉煤灰混凝剂 (HBFAC)处理的废水 ,COD、悬浮物 (SS)、硫、铬值分别为 15 3,4 7,6 ,4mg/L ,达到了二级水质的标准 ,说明HBFAC是性能优良的无机高分子絮凝剂 .它具有混凝沉降速度快 ,污泥体积小 ,处理废水费用低的优点 .The tanning wastewater treated by a flyash -based coagulant and polysilicate aluminum (PSA)flocculant has been researched.The results show that the magnitudes of COD,SS, sulfur and chrome in the wastewater after HBFAC treatment are 153,47,6 and 4 mg/L, and the water quality reach the standard of two grade. It is proved that HBFAC is an excellent inorganic flocculant. The remarkable characteristics of this method is a higher rate of settlement,a smaller volume of sludge,and a lower cost of treatment.The coagulation mechanism of flyash -based coagulant and PSA flocculant in the treatment of tanning wastewater has also been discussed in this paper.
