摘  要:三峡船闸上游浮箱为薄壁钢筋混凝土装配整体式船体结构 ,最厚部位仅 5 5cm ,最薄部位才 15cm ,且浮箱长期处于水下 ,除满足风浪或船舶撞击等作用下强度和限裂要求外 ,还要有良好的抗渗、抗冻性能 ,施工质量要求高 ,施工难度大。从浮箱底板、舷板、端仓混凝土浇筑 ,纵、横隔仓及甲板吊装 ,水密试验及浮箱定位等方面系统介绍了浮箱的施工过程 。The floating box of the upstream floating guide wall of the Three Gorges shiplocks is a fabricated integrated thin-wall reinforced concrete vessel structure with its components' maximum thickness of 55 cm and minimum thickness of only 15 cm. Since it is arranged in water, the floating box is required to have good impermeability, anti-freezing behavior and good construction quality, in addition to meeting the requirements of strength and crash limitation in the case of collision caused by wind or ships, which brings material difficulties to the construction of the floating box. The construction process of the floating box is systematically presented in respects of the concrete placement of the box bottom, side walls and end cabins; the hoisting and installation of longitudinal and the transverse separation cabins and box deck; the watertight test; and the locating of the floating box, etc. The construction quality of the floating box fully satisfies the design requirements.
