摘　　要：从螺旋输送挤出、叶片泵、辊压成形等三个方面分析了饺子成形机的功率 ,初步确立了成形设备的功率消耗的计算公式 。This paper analyses the power of the dumpling shaping machine from three aspects,that is,from spiral transporting extrusion,vane type pump and roller shaping.Through the study,we found foundamentally the formula of the calculation of the power consumption of the shaping machine and provide the theoretical basis for the design of the future shaping machine.
