摘　　要：介绍了甾醇的分布与种类 ,并从植物甾醇的角度论述了其功能与应用、来源、生产。This article first introduced the distribution and variety of sterol. Then focused on the function and application of phytosterol, and the source, production, developmental status and tendency of phytosterol were also discussed.
