摘　　要：区域经济在工业化的发展过程中需要解决的主要问题是发展模式和优势定位 ,而区域经济的发展模式受制于其资源禀赋和产业结构状况。一个以自然资源禀赋为基础的经济发展模式 ,必然是立足于资源优势 ,以资源的加工转换为主导 ,为支柱 ,通过用先进技术武装主导产业 ,改造传统产业 ,实现资源禀赋与非资源禀赋的结合 ,以此放大资源效应 ,形成区域优势 ,实现区域经济的快速发展。Development modes and preponderance orientation are key problems need to be solved in the industrialization development process of regional economy, but regional economic development modes are controled by natural endowment of resources and industrial structure condition.An optimal economic development mode which is based on natural resource endowment certainly stands upon the resource preponderance, and is led by resource machining and transforming.Through taking advantage of advanced techniques to arm leading industry and transforming traditional industry, such a mode will realize the combination between natural resource endowment and non- natural resource endowment. As a result, resource effect will be magnified,regional preponderance will form and quick development of regional economic will be achieved.
