摘　　要：本文指出农村土地市场法制建设存在的主要问题 ,认为政策法规的严重缺陷目前已成为农村市场经济健康快速发展的瓶颈 ,并给出了改革与完善农村土地市场法制建设的政策建议。This paper discusses major issues existing in the legislation construction of land marketing in rurol areas, and points out that some serious shortcomings of policies and laws have become a bottleneck to the fast development of rural market economy.Suggestions on policies in reforming and enhancing legislation constructions of land market in rural areas are also presented.
