摘  要:用 2 5 0kg感应炉对 0 .81%~ 0 .84 %C硬线钢进行了脱氧试验。试验用含钡合金为SiAlBa和SiAlBaCaSr ,并与Al和FeSiAl脱氧效果进行对比。试验发现 ,SiAlBaCaSr合金对硬线钢的脱氧效果优于SiAlBa、Al和FeSiAl脱氧剂 ,氧含量可达 2 0× 10 - 6 ,脱氧产物易于上浮且速度快 ,钢中夹杂物基本呈球形且分布均匀。The barium alloys were SiAlBa and SiAlBaCaSr being used as deoxidizer for 0.81~0.84C hard-line steel deoxidation in a 250 kg induction furnace, of which the effect of deoxidation was compared with that of Al and FeSiAl deoxidizer. It was found that in test the effect of deoxidation for hard-line steel was better than that by SiAlBa, Al and FeSiAl deoxidizers, by which oxygen content in steel was down to 20×10\+ -6, deoxidation products easily floated off from steel, inclusions were modified to globular and homogeneously distributed in steel.
