摘　　要：简要分析了泵房软岩力学特征和复杂应力环境。The complicated stress environment and the soft rock mechanics characteristic of the pump house are analyzed.The effect gained by adopting process control technology of prestrenthening key position and the research and selection process of supporting technology of soft rock pump house are introduced.
