摘 要:分析了传统电力载波抄表系统的通信难题,设计出一种符合我国低压电力线信道传输特性的数字载波抄表系统。载波电表采用SOC(System On Chip——单块集成电路上完成系统工作)方式,以最新的载波专用集成ASIC电路为核心,外围器件很少;该ASIC内嵌入的快速CPU与相应接口电路配合可完成载波信号调制解调、电能脉冲采集管理、通信协议处理等综合功能,通信模式采用载波频率可自适应跳变的窄带扩频方式,各项参数能够自适应调整以适应时变性大的电力信道,因此SOC载波电表具有通信性能优越、功耗小、成本低的特点。This paper analyses the communication problem in traditional power carrier wave metering system,and a digital carrier metering system according with the low voltage power line communication channel was designed. The carrier meter used the SOC (System on Chip)way and kernel with the newest carrier wave dedicated with the integrated ASIC circuit. The periphery devices of the meter are very few. The embedded fast CPU of A-SIC and corresponding interface circuit has synthesis functions such as carrier wave modulation, energy impulse collection managing and communication protocol processing.The communication model applied the narrow-band expanded spectrum which can automatically adjusts the carrier wave frequency. Every parameter can be automatically adjusted to meet power channel with big time-varying property .So the SOC carrier meter has the merits such as good communication behavior, small power consumption and low cost.
