常通口服液的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立常通口服液 (黄芪、丹参、大黄等 )的质量标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对方中君药丹参中的丹参素进行含量测定 ,对黄芪、丹参、大黄进行薄层鉴别。结果 :丹参素在 1 .31～ 1 69.68μg·mL- 1 范围内 ,对照品浓度在峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,平均加样回收率为 1 0 0 .4 % ,RSD为 1 .9%。薄层图谱斑点清晰 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 :方法简便可靠 ,精密度高 ,分离度好 。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Changtong Oral Liquid(Radix Astragali seu Hedysarion, Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, etc.). Methods: The danshensu was determined by HPLC. Radix Astragali seu Hedysarion, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was identified by TLC. Results: The average recovery of danshensu was 100.4%, RSD=1.9% . A good linearity of danshensu was obtained ( r =0.9999) within the range of 1.31～169.68μg·mL. The TLC sports developed is fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion: This method was simple and accurate and was not interfered by other constituents in the prescription. It could be used for the quality control of Changtong Oral Liquid.
