连苏止呕胶囊抗化疗呕吐的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :对连苏止呕胶囊 (川连、苏叶 )抗化疗呕吐的机制加以研究。方法 :采用左旋多巴导致家犬呕吐和硫酸铜导致家鸽呕吐模型 ,观察动物呕吐次数和潜伏期、胃运动频率和幅度、胃排空率的变化。结果 :该药可明显减少左旋多巴所致狗和硫酸铜所致家鸽呕吐次数 (P <0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 5) ,延长呕吐潜伏期 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;使家兔在体胃运动频率明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,胃运动幅度明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;可使大鼠胃排空率明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :连苏止呕胶囊抗化疗呕吐作用是通过外周和中枢两条途径发挥作用的 ,将会弥补五羟色胺受体拮抗剂对迟发性呕吐疗效不佳和价格昂贵的不足 。Objective: To study the mechanism of Liansuzhiou capsule's anti vomiting due to chemotherapy. Methods: Adopting the dog vomiting model induced levodopa and the pigeon vomiting model induced copper sulfate, observeing the vomiting times and delitescence, frequency and range of gastric motility and the gastric emptying rate. Results: The capsule can obviously decrease the vomiting times ( P <0.01, P <0.05) and delay the vomiting delitescence of the dog and the pigeon ( P <0.01). It can also increase the frequency and range of the rabbits'gastric motility ( P <0.05, P <0.01) and improve the rats' gastric emptying rate ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion:Liansuzhiou Capsule plays the role in two ways: peripheral and central system. This will overcome the deficiency of the 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) receptor antagonist that has little effect on later vomiting.
