摘 要:运用美国ISC3模型对北京京丰热电有限责任公司现状及采用电子束氨法烟气脱硫后的SO2和NOx排放对环境空气质量的影响进行了模拟。结果表明:该公司现状SO2排放的主要受影响地区在丰台西部和房山北部,石景山和门头沟南部局部地区也受到一定影响,对老城区的影响很小,SO2年均质量浓度最大值为6 10μg m3,占二级标准的10 2%,NOx的影响区域与SO2相似,年均质量浓度最大值为4 27μg m3,占二级标准的5 3%;采用电子束氨法脱硫技术后,燃煤含硫量分别为0 79%,2%和0 5%的情况下,SO2年均质量浓度最大值分别降到0 86,2 17,0 55μg m3,比现状降低了86%,64%,91%,NOx年均质量浓度最大值降到了3 42μg m3,比现状降低了20%。The authors apply the ISC3 model to simulate the atmospheric environmental impact of Beijing Jingfeng Heat Power Ltd.before and after using electron beam ammonia flue gas desulfurization(EA\|FGD).It is shown that western Fengtai and northern Fangshan are the main zones impacted by air pollutants emitted by the plant and some places in the south of Shijingshan and Mentougou are also impacted by the plant,while the impact on old districts of the city is slight.The maximal annually averaged mass concentration of SO\-2 is 610 μg/m3,which is 102% of the Class Ⅱ standard.The maximal annually averaged mass conentration of NOx is 427 μg/m3,which is 53% of the Class Ⅱ standard.After using EA\|FGD,under the coal sulfur content of 079%,2% and 05%,the maximal annually averaged mass concentration of SO\-2 will respectively decrease to 086,217 and 055 μg/m3,or 86%,64% and 91% less than the current values.The maximal annually averaged mass concnetration of NOx will decrease 342 μg/m3,which is 20% less than the current value.
