摘 要:研究了Al Mg Si合金在液固两相区之间不同加热温度、不同保温时间对力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,在同一保温时间下合金的力学性能随着加热温度的升高抗压强度和屈服强度会有一定的提高 ,而在等温下随着保温时间的增加力学性能先略有提高随后快速下降 ,原因是保温时间会使晶粒的尺寸先细化然后又逐渐长大 ,使得晶粒间的结合程度减小。通过分析不同温度、不同保温时间的材料显微组织 。The effects of the isothermal treatment in the state of semisolid of AlMgSi alloy on mechanics properties have been studied on this paper.The result indicates that the mechanics properties of alloycompression strength and yield stress will obtain some improvement with the increasing of temperature in the same of holding time,but little increase first and then speedily decrease with the increasing of holding time in the same of temperature,which is caused by the decrease of combined degree between crystals for the dimension of crystal would first became thin then gradually grew up with the increasing of holding time. One technics project for optimized mechanics properties of this alloy had been made through the analysis of microstructures of different temperature and holding time.
