摘  要:智能化铸造型砂多项性能测试仪采用高精度机械传动平稳连续加载,并采用先进的非电量电测手段、传感器技术与计算机技术相结合,单片机与串口微机联合测控,测值准确,精度高,数据随即显示、微打和PC机存储三结合。所测8项力学性能参数均是被测标准砂样受载变形特征曲线上的特征点或其特征函数所对应的特征值,其物理意义准确、具体。型砂塑性变形临界值、回弹势能的概念及其测试方法均系创新。测试仪操作简单、使用方便,具有广阔的市场和应用前景。The function characteristic to the intelligent multiproperties tester of molding sand has been analyzed. The tester adopts the mechanical drive of high accuracy which gives a steady and continuous loading. The advanced methods of the nonelectricityquantity test and the technology of the sensor combined computer are adopted and it can be jointly observed and controlled by onechip computer communicated with a person computer so that the examining values are accurate and precise,and the meantime immediatelydatashown, miniprinted and computerstored are combined by threeinone. Eight items of the mechanical property parameters tested are all the corresponding characteristic values of the characteristic points or the characteristic functions of the characteristic curves to the examined sand sample,the physics meanings are accurate and concrete.The plastic shaped critical value and the conceptions and testing methods of resilient energy are both newly invented. Furthermore the tester is easy to operate and control and owns extensive markets and inspiring perspective.
