Development and Research of a Portable and Intelligent Whole-Machine Balancing Instrument of Dual Rotor System with Little Rotation Speed Difference

摘  要:微速差双转子系统整机动平衡的关键是如何从复杂的拍振信号中分离出内、外转子各自的不平衡分量。在介绍不解拍分离内、外转子不平衡信号方法的基础上,围绕提高幅值和相位的测量精度,从系统的硬件设计、拍振信号的提取、拍峰与拍谷的捕捉、相位的求法等几个方面,详细论述便携式微速差双转子系统智能化整机平衡仪的软、硬件设计。用开发成功的仪器对WL-350型卧螺离心机进行平衡试验,取得了十分满意的效果,证明仪器设计的方案是正确、可行的。How to separate two rotors' unbalanced weight from beat is the key of whole-machine balancing for dual rotor system with little rotation speed difference. Firstly this paper introduces of the principle and method for whole machine balancing for this type dual-rotor systems, then discusses the design of the portable and intelligent whole-machine balancing instrument in detail from the following key points such as picking up beat signal, capturing the value of wave crest and calculating the phase of unbalanced weight. Then the instrument is used for a horizontal decanter centrifuge, WL-350, in the laboratory and a satisfactory result is obtained. It is proved that the development of the instrument is successful.
