摘  要:液压凿岩机工作时,冲击机构的能量损失对其效率有很大的影响。从理论上分析了液压冲击机构的主要能量损失,导出了能量损失的计算表达式,对液压凿岩机的设计具有重要指导意义。理论分析表明,对于一定功率的液压凿岩机,存在使能量损失最小的一组封油长度和阀芯运动行程。在实例计算中,通过能量损失计算,优化了冲击机构的设计参数,使冲击部分和配油阀的能量损失分别减少了1.74%和10.67%。The energy loss of the impact mechanism of hydraulic rock drill greatly affects drilling efficiency when it operates.In this paper, the major energy loss of hydraulic impact mechanism was analyzed in theory, and a calculating formulae of the energy loss was deduced, which is of guiding importance to the design of hydraulic rock drill. The theoretical analysis has shown that there are a group of oil sealing lengths and movement journey of vale core of distributing valve to reduce the energy loss to a minimum for a certain powered hydraulic rock drill.Through the energy loss calculation of impact mechanism of an example hydraulic drill, the design parameters of its impact mechanism were optimized, resulting in that the energy loss of its impact part and distributing valve decreases 1.74% and 10.67% respectively.
