摘　　要：本文分析了电镦机的工作原理 ,设计了智能电镦机工艺参数的测试和控制系统的硬件和软件。试运行表明 ,该系统设计合理 ,可靠性高 ,大大减少气门电镦生产的废品率 。This paper analyses the working process of valve upsetting machine,designs the hardware circuit and software program of the test and controlling system of the process parameter in the intelligent upsetting.Practical result shows.the designing project is reasonable,with high reliability,which improves the quality of upsetting production and reduces the rejected rate of upsetting production.
