摘　　要：基因的重新编程对基因的正确表达、胚胎的发育和个体的生长都起着重要作用。目前 ,哺乳动物克隆成功率仍非常低 ,其中一个主要原因就是供核基因没有得到正确的重新编程。综述了正常胚胎形成和发育以及哺乳动物克隆中的重新编程事件 ,并阐述了相关的可能机制。Reprogramming of gene is very important for the expression of gene,embryonic development and individual growth.At present the low efficiency of cloning seems to be due largely to faulty reprogramming.This article reviews the events of reprogramming in the formation and development of embryos and cloning in mammals,at the same time,interprets the mechanisms. ;
