中坝鹅掌叶附子中的生物碱成分

摘　　要：从中坝鹅掌叶附子 (AconitumcarmichaeliDebx )的块根中分离得到 6个二萜生物碱 ,根据波谱方法分别鉴定为 :songoramine (1)、次乌头碱 (hypaconitine,2 )、karaka nine (3)、宋果灵 (songorine ,4)、尼奥宁 (neoline,5 )、附子灵 (fuzline,6 )。其中化合物 3为首次从该植物的块根中分离鉴定。Six known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. Their chemical structures were identified as songoramine (1),hypaconitine (2),karakanine (3),songorine (4),neoline (5),fuzline (6) on the basis of spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Karakanine (3) were isolated from the roots of this plant for the first time.
