摘 要:以罗罗公司未来某型双轴发动机的高压涡轮旋转盘腔为计算模型,目的是要对复杂的内部旋转空腔流场有一个详细的了解,通过CFD(FLUENT6 0 12)的研究为即将进行的放大比例的旋转涡轮盘腔试验提供指导。计算中采用了Spalart Allmaras湍流模型,结果表明湍流参数相同的流动,其流体结构是非常相似的;流场主要由湍流参数λT决定涡旋的大小和数量;对于湍流参数小于0 199的旋转流动,盘腔内存在着自由涡流。The rotating cavity of a high-pressure gas turbine of Rolls-Royce new two-shaft engine was used as a model for numerical simulation. The aim was to obtain detailed knowledge of the complex cavity flow field. The other aim of this research was to guide the incoming experiments of the large scaled cavity rig. The flow in rotating system with complex geometry was analyzed and simulated by using a CFD code (FLUENT6.0.12). Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model was adopted in computation. Results show that the flow structure is similar to each other with the same turbulence parameter, and vortexes numbers and ranges are mainly controlled by the turbulence parameters. For the case with turbulence parameter less than 0.199, free vortex flow lies in the rotating cavity.
