摘 要:目的观察急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞的超微结构。方法建立大鼠油酸性ARDS模型,对其肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞进行分离、纯化,电镜鉴定并观察超微结构的变化。结果电镜下ARDS大鼠Ⅱ型上皮细胞胞质内板层小体排空明显而致空泡化。结论分离纯化细胞后更易观察到Ⅱ型细胞的形态学改变,板层小体的变化最为突出提示肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞在ARDS中可能起重要作用。Objective To observe the ultrastructure of typeⅡalveolar epithelium cells of rats with experimental acute respira-tory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods Rat models of ARDS were established via oleic acid injection, and the typeⅡalve-olar epithelium was isolated and purified to observe the changes in the ultrastructure of the cells under transmission electron microscope. Results Observation under transmission electron microscope revealed evidently decreased lamellar bodies in typeⅡalveolar epithelial cells leading to vacuolation in rats with ARDS. Conclusion After proper isolation and purification, the morphological changes in typeⅡalveolar epithelial cells can be more easily observed, and the changes in the lamellar bod-ies suggest that typeⅡcells play an important role in ARDS.
