愈疡液对实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察愈疡液对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效以及对大鼠免疫的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法　用免疫学方法制备溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型 ,模型鼠随机分为 3组 ,每组 2 0只 ,分别予以愈疡液 (愈疡液组 )、柳氮磺胺吡啶 (SASP组 )、生理盐水 (NS组 )治疗 ,同时设立正常对照组 2 0只。治疗 2周后处死大鼠。通过观察结肠粘膜损伤程度 ,测定血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IL -Ⅱ含量 ,探讨愈疡液的作用机制。结果　愈疡液能降低UC大鼠异常增高的IgG ,提高细胞产生IL -Ⅱ的能力 ,促进溃疡的愈合 ,其疗效优于SASP (P<0 .0 1)。结论　愈疡液对大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著 。Objective To observe the effect of YuYang Liquid(YYL) on the model of experimental Ulcerative Colitis(UC) of rats and the effect on immune function of rats and to probe the therapeutic mechanism of YYL. Methods The UC model of rats were made by using immunological method. All UC rats models were randomly divided into three groups, Group A,Group B and Group C. They received respectively YYL(A),Salicyiazosylfapyridine (SASP, B) and normal saline (NS, C).There were 20 rats in each group. At the same time normal group(D) of 20 rats was established. They were executed after having been administered herbs for two weeks. The therapeutic mechanism of YYL was probed by observing the degree of the damage of rats' colon Mucosa and assessing serum contents of IgA,IgG,IgM and IL-Ⅱ. Results YYL can decrease the abnormal rise of IgG in UC rats, improve the function of the cell producing IL-Ⅱ,and promote the recovery rate of the ulcer. The efficacy of the rats in group A was better than that of the group B and C(P<0.01). Conclusions YYL has a curative effect on UC treatment. The therapeutic mechanism of YYL may be related with modulating the rats' immunity function.
