摘　　要：目的观察激素对瘢痕组织胶原合成的改变,探讨其对瘢痕增生的抑制作用。方法将临床12例患者的增生性瘢痕分别移植到12只裸鼠的皮下,其中6只接受激素治疗,其他6只用生理盐水对照,移植物内注射3H-脯氨酸并于10,15,20d后取标本。结果治疗组的胶原合成部分的脉冲数在第10,15,20天为(10306±1013),(8106±2010),(7716±1836)c/(min·g),均明显低于对照组,而且治疗组胶原合成的脉冲数在第10,15,20天为(4073±398),(3174±319),(2681±306)c/(min·g)。结论激素能够减少瘢痕组织的胶原合成,从而可以有效地抑制瘢痕增生。Aim To observe the effect of hormone on collagen synth es is of scar tissue and to investigate the inhibition of hormone in scar prolifera -tion.Methods Hyperplastic scar(HS )obtained from 12patients were implant ed into the subcutaneous part of 12nude mice and then equally di-vided into t wo groups:6of them were t reated with hormone and the others were treated with 0.9%saline as cont rols.The implants of the two groups were injected with 3 H-proline and three implants in each group were ob-served respectively at 10,15and 20d after injection.Results After the treatment of hormone,the pulse numb er of synthetic part in the treatment group was(10306±101 3),(8106±2010)and(7716±1836)c /(min·g)at 10,15 and 20d respectively,signi ficantly lower than that of the control group.Th e pulse number o f collagen synthesis in the treatmen t group was(4073±3 98),(3174±319)and(2681±306)c /(min·g)at 10,15an d 20d respectively.Conclusion Hormone reduces the collagenic synthesis in HS ,thereby inhibiting scar proliferation effectively.
