摘　　要：目的 :对踝部骨折中特殊类型骨折的治疗方法进行探讨。方法 :分析我院 1988年～ 2 0 0 2年治疗的 31例特殊类型骨折的治疗特殊性。结果 :所有病例平均随访 6个月 ,疗效用 L eeds评估 ,优 19例 ,良 10例 ,差 2例 ,优良率 96 .7%。结论 :重视特殊类型踝关节骨折的临床诊断 ,注意手术前后区别处理 ,强调其特殊性 。Objective:To investigate the treatment method of special type fractures in ankle joint.Methods:To analyse the clinical data and particular rule,that thirty-one patients with special type fractures in ankle joint operatively treated between 1988 and 2002 in our hospital.Results:All patients were followed up.The average period was 6 months.According to Leed′s criterion,the result was evaluated as excellent in 19 cases,good in 10 cases and fair in 2 cases.The excellent-good rate was 96.7 %.Conclusion:It is necessary to be alert to make the diagnosis,to take care the speciality in cure,in order to get a satisfactory result.
