摘　　要：目的 :探讨带旋髂深血管髂骨 (膜 )瓣及联合血管束植入治疗青壮年股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法 :采用带旋髂深血管髂骨 (膜 )瓣及联合血管束植入治疗青壮年股骨头缺血性坏死 18例 ,2 4髋。结果 :术后随访 2～ 5年 ,优12例 ,良 4例 ,可 2例 ,优良率 88.89%。结论 :带旋髂深血管髂骨 (膜 )Objective:To study the effects of the treatment for ischemic necrosis of femoral head by transplanting iliac flap with circumflexiliac vascular bundle combined with transplanting vascular bunchs in young adults.Methods:18 cases(24 hips)with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were treated by transplanting iliac flap with circumflexiliac vascular bundle combined with transplanting vascular bunchs in young adults.Results:All cases were followed up from 2 to 5 years.12 cases were excellent and 4 good,2 poor.The excellent and good rate was 88.89 %.Conclusion:Transplanlation of iliac periosteum and bone with vascular pedicle combined with vascular bunchs in young adults has the effect on revascularization and new bone formation,which may promote the reconstruction of the necrotic femoral head and prevent it to collapse.
