切取髂骨植骨术几种方法的比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨实用、简便、并发症少的切取髂骨方法。方法 :依据临床切取髂骨块的要求 ,将 86例切取髂骨植骨术分成三组 :环锯切取髂骨术组 (2 8例 ) ,开窗式切取髂骨术取髂骨术组 (2 6例 ) ,传统的直接骨刀切取髂骨术组 (32例 )。将手术占用时间 ,切取髂骨时 ,术中出血量 ,术后并发症 (包括供骨区的疼痛 ,麻木 ,感染 )等指标作为临床评价。结果 :三组的手术占用时间 ,切取髂骨量等指标无显著性差异 ,但术中出血量和术后并发症等指标有明显差异 ,环锯组术中出血量和术后并发症的发生率最低。结论 :在无需大块髂骨作植骨材料的前提下 。Objective:To explore the more available,practical,easier and less complications method of harvesting iliac bone.Methods:According to clinical demand of harvesting iliac bone amount,86 grafting procedures of harvesting iliac bone were divided into three groups randomly,e.g.trephine group (28 cases),open window group(26 cases)and traditional group(32 cases).The clinical evaluation depend on how long times the procedures taken,how much iliac bone harvested and bleeding during operation as well as how serious complication(e.g.donor site pain,numb,infection etc.)resulted in.Results:There are not significantly different among three groups about operation lasting time and a mount of iliac bone harvested,but there are notably distinctive concerning bleeding and occurred complication,which of incidence,the trephine group is the lowest among three groups.Conclustion:Premising large amount harvesting iliac bone needlessly,it is just that harvesting iliac bone with trephine an optimal operation method.
