高血压药物治疗对男性性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察比较六大类高血压药物治疗对男性性功能的影响。方法　新近诊断为原发性Ⅰ级高血压 2 4 0例 ,按临床资料相似匹配并随机分为 6组 ,Hyd组给予氢氯噻嗪、Bet组给予倍他乐尔、Nif SR给予硝苯地平缓释片、Lis组给予赖诺普利、Val组给予缬沙坦、Ura组给予乌拉地尔 (Urapidil) ,调整剂量 ,控制血压在正常高值以下 ,共 2 6周 ,并于 0、6、1 0、1 4、1 8、2 2、2 6周末以《男性性功能问卷O’Leary 1 995》评估患者性功能。结果　对性功能有负面影响的 ,依其程度从重到轻排列 :倍他乐尔、氢氯噻嗪和硝苯地平缓释片 (P <0 0 1或 0 0 5)。赖诺普利和乌拉地尔影响无统计学意义 ,缬沙坦能改善男性性功能 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　部分抗高血压药物对男性性功能均有不利影响 ,其中以倍他乐尔、氢氯噻嗪和硝苯地平缓释片为著 ,赖诺普利和乌拉地尔无明显影响 。Objective To observe the effect of the six kinds of anti-hypertensive medications on the man's sexual function Methods Two hundred and forty essential hypertension patients were divided into six groups randomly Patients of Hyd group received Hydrochlorothiazide; Bet group received Betaxolol ;Nif SR group were given SR Nifedipin; Lis group were given Lisinopril; Valsartan were given to Val group; and Urapidil was given to Ura group All patients' blood pressure had been controlled The treatment persisted for twenty six weeks Sexual function were evaluated by《Brief Male Sexual Function Inventory for Urology O'Leary 1995》at the ,6,10,18,22,26 weekends Results The worst effect on sexual function was found in Bet group; hydrochlorothiazide and SR Nifedipin have some negative effect ( P <0 01 or 0 05) Lisinopril and Urapidil was sho no effect on sexual function Valsartan can distinctively improve man's sexual function Conclusion some kinds of anti hypertensive medicine have negative effect on man's sexual function Betaxolol, hydrochlorothiazide and SR nifedipin seem to have the significant worse adverse effect, while lisinopril and urapidil have no notable side effect Valsartan appears to have positive effect on sexual function
