摘　　要：目的　研究补肾益精丸中五味子甲素的定量分析方法。 方法 　样品用氯仿超声处理 ,氯仿溶解 ,点于硅胶 GF2 54薄层板上 ,石油醚 ( 60～90℃ )∶乙酸乙酯 ( 8∶ 1)展开 ,紫外灯 2 5 4nm下观察荧光淬灭点定位 ,双波长反射法锯齿扫描。 结果 　五味子甲素在 0 .874～ 4.3 70 μg( r=0 .9962 )范围内呈线性 ,平均回收率为 99.40 %,RSD=3 .40 %,n=5。 结论 　本方法灵敏、准确、专属性好 ,可做为该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of deoxyschizandrin in Bushen Yijing Wan,by TLC scanning.METHODS The sample were extracted with chloraform and then solved the sample was applied on a silica GF 254 plate ,developed and separated in the solution of petrolieum ether(60～90℃)∶Ethyl acetate(8∶1)Davl wave legth reflection zigzag scanning.RESULTS The calibration curve of deoxyschizandvin showed good linearing over the rang of0 874～4 370μg(r=0 9962).The average recovery was 99 40%,and RSD was 3 40%(n=5)? CONCLUSION This method for deter mination of deoxyshizandrin in Bushen Yijing Wan Was Sensitive accurate and specific.It could be used as quality control for Bushen Yijing wan.
