摘　　要：目的　采用高效液相色谱法测定头孢替唑钠的含量。 方法 　采用 Agilent Hypersil ODS C1 8色谱柱 ( 4 .0× 12 5 mm,5μm) ,p H3 .6磷酸盐 /柠檬酸缓冲液 -乙腈 ( 88∶ 12 ) ,流速为 1.0 ml·min- 1 ;检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 　头孢替唑的浓度在 0 .0 45 2 2～ 0 .45 2 2 mg· m L- 1范围内线性关系良好 ,回归方程为 :Y=3 0 160 .44 83 X+67.6860 19,r=0 .9999。精密度实验 ( n=6)的 RSD为 0 .0 4%。平均回收率 99.0 %( RSD=0 .3 7%n=9)。 结论 　本方法简单 ,快速 ,结果准确 。OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method for the determination of Ceftezole Sodium. METHODS Using ODS column ,pH3.6 buffer acetonitrile(88∶12)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 0ml·min -1 ,the detection wavelength was 254nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0 04522～0 4522mg·ml -1 and the linear equation was Y=30160 4483X+67 686019(r=0 9999).The average recovery was 99 0%(RSD=0 37% n=9).CONCLUSION This method is simple ,rapid ,accurate and reproducile.
