摘 要:上海旧住宅区的改造面临着传承民族、地域的历史文化和满足现代人“新”生活的问题,只有将旧住宅区资源通过市场化运作,才能实现可持续发展的住房建设。The aim of rebuilding the old residential areas in Shanghai is to achieve the integration of functions, pedestrianisation in going out,network for open space, naturalization for environment, diversification for living, and continuation in history. In terms of planning idea, theprinciple of conformity in planning and design, combined application of space, sharing of resources and ecological concerns must be followed.In terms of policies, multiple financing channels from government to enterprises and individuals should be established to perform marketoperation so as to guarantee the sustainable development of residential construction.[
