摘 要:测定了Er:YCa4O(BO3 ) 3 晶体室温下的吸收谱。根据Judd Ofelt理论拟合了Er3 + 离子的晶体场调节参数Ωt=(2 ,4 ,6 ) 分别为 19 2 0 4 9× 10 -2 2 ,5 992 0× 10 -2 2 和 4 3334× 10 -2 2 cm2 ,计算了各能级跃迁的谱线强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、辐射寿命、荧光分支比和积分发射横截面 ,并对结果作了分析。最后讨论了Yb3 + 的敏化作用。The room temperature absorption spectra of Er: YCa4O(BO3)(3) (Er:YCOB)were measured. The optical parameters of Er: YCOB crystal were calculated by following J-O theory. The three optical parameters Omega(t) (t = 2, 4, 6) were found to be 19.204 9 x 10(-22), 5.992 0 x 10(-22), and 4.333 4 x 10(-22) cm(2), respectively. Some interesting transitions were calculated and the result was discussed The radiation from H-2(9/2) --> I-4(13/2) and S-4(3/2) --> I-4(15/2) transitions with green ray of 554 nm, and that from H-2(9/2) --> I-4(15/2) transitions with violet ray of 408 nm in the crystal are likely to provide some practical application as a laser material due to the large branching ratio, line intensity of the emission band, and integrated emission cross-section. The large level lifetime and the absorption wavelength of I-4(11/2) and I-4(13/2) also attract much attention. Finally, we discussed the sensitizing effect of Yb3+.
