终缩聚反应器的故障分析及改进

摘　　要：介绍卡尔费休公司70年代聚酯装置增容改造后出现的故障和改造措施。终缩聚反应器短轴轴承损坏,螺栓断裂,划伤内壁。把短轴支撑的内轴承由原来的单列向心球轴承6040更换为滚子轴承42140;一次性树脂润滑改为浸油润滑,简单方法是在轴承腔体侧面开加油孔,向其内加入润滑油,彻底方法为增加一小型油站,用润滑油对轴进行冷却,以延长该反应器稳定运行时间。The breakdown that occurred after the capacity increasing modification of CarlFishcher company 1970s PET plant and the modification measures are introduced.The short axle bearing of final polycondensation reactor was damaged,the bolt was breaken,the inner wall was scratched.The inner bearing supported by the short axle is changed from the single annular ball bearing 6040 into the roller bearing 42140,the lumpsum resin lubrication is changed into steeping oil lubrication.The simple method is to set up oiladding hole at the side of the bearing cavity,then adding lubricating oil in it,the completed method is to increse a small oil station,cool the bearing with lubricating oil so that the steady operation time of the reactor is prolonged.
