摘　　要：针对塑料管材和片材常见的问题和缺陷,从原材料、配方、设备、工艺等方面介绍了影响其外观及内在质量的主要原因,给出了管材和板材挤出中常见的缺陷及对策。在故障排除时,尽量一次只调整或变更一个工艺参数或生产条件,避免同时变更多个工艺参数或条件。For the common defects and troubles in the plastics pipes and sheets extrusion, the main causation which influence the products external apperance quality and interior performance is introduced about raw material, ingredient, equipment and processing condition. The common defects and countermeasures are given. When the defects are removed, one processing parameter or production condition is changed as soon as possible every time. Changing more parameters or conditions at the same time should be avoided.
